Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. I do everything on my own so orders are handled in batches.

Untracked Shipping
Untracked orders are sent at your own risk. If you are concerned about loss, I recommend choosing tracked shipping.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. I am not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges
As these are limited-run items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. 

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so I can resolve the issue.

Product Variations
Colors and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen, especially with foil effects.
